6 Week New Year Fitness Challenge

  • Looking for 15 individuals to join our 6-Week New Year Fitness Challenge.

  • You do not need to come with any experience in the gym.

  • You must fully commit to the entire length of the program.

  • Be disciplined enough to apply our nutrition plan.

  • You'll receive Personal Training from credited professionals

  • Multiple sessions per week.

  • Nutrition, and meal plans provided.

  • CrossFit Group Class  ( Each 1 Hour Long )

  • Monday - Thursday : 5am, 6am, 9am, Noon, 4:30pm, & 5:30pm
  • Friday: 6am, 9am, Noon, 4:30pm, & 5:30pm

  • Saturday: 9am Only

  • Sunday: Closed

  • Power/Oly Class

  • Monday & Wednesday: 5:30pm -6:30pm

I have been to many CrossFit gyms around the country and this is my favorite hands down! Amazing facility, knowledgeable coaches, and friendly members/coaches. You will feel like family by the end of your first month (not to mention lose a few pounds and gain muscle too). Also, they are very kid friendly and have a fabulous kids play area. My son adores Irma who's been watching the kids during the 9AM and 4:30PM classes to give the moms a break. you will not be disappointed with CrossFit Junction! Worth every penny!
